Meet Dee
Dee Casper is Director of the CORE Evangelism Training Program. Dee lived 30 minutes from 3ABN World Headquarters for 21 years and had never heard of a Seventh-Day Adventist, but by the grace of God, he found the message through 3ABN TV beginning in the fall of 2006. He was baptized in 2010 at the ARISE Cornerstone program, and has been involved in ministry ever since. He has served as a Bible worker, been a Bible teacher in an academy setting, and has taught in different schools of evangelism. He loves investing in young people, and opening their eyes to the beauty of the Everlasting Gospel, and the value that God places on each of them individually. Dee enjoys living a quiet and active life under the Appalachian mountains with his wife, Sarah.

Meet Levi
Levi is a dedicated servant of Christ with a passion for youth and young adult ministry, health ministry, and Bible teaching. He grew up in a large family in Michigan, attended ARISE Institute in 2007, and has served in various roles, including lay Bible work, music ministry, and overseas missions. Levi and his wife Debora are certified lifestyle coaches have both been involved in youth and young adult ministry for a number of years together. Levi enjoys, playing guitar, deep Bible study and deep conversation and holds as his highest goal in life to know Jesus and make Him known to others.

Meet Isabelle
Isabelle finds fulfillment in helping others grow in their journey with Christ. From an early age, God has led her to serve in many different capacities. She has served in mission based lifestyle centers, evangelism outreach programs, canvassing, and, her favorite, working alongside a group of young people, she founded GYC Brazil and served on its ExCom for four years.
In 2021 God called her to study theology where she fell in love with God’s word, love, and His vision for us.
She finds joy in planning and executing events and programs for young people. Isabelle loves traveling, learning about different ministries, adventure in nature, spending time with her family and friends, and a good thought provoking conversation.

Meet Debora
Debora has a heart for young people, education, and missions—and over the years, she’s also developed a strong passion for mental health. Through her own experiences growing up, God led her to a deeper understanding of the importance of true education, as well as supporting students emotionally and mentally, not just academically.
That journey eventually led her to Andrews University, where she earned a degree in Social Work. While working as a mental health counselor, God sparked a passion in her about physical health and its connection with mental wellness and together with her husband Levi, got certified in Health and Lifestyle Coaching at Weimar University.
Debora loves being around young people—whether it’s planning youth group activities, going on outdoor adventures, singing, running, or gardening. spending time with God, nature and meaningful connections are what keep her grounded and energized.
